Returns and Refunds
How It Works
If you are not satisfied with our product, call us at +27834566421 within 30 days of receipt of your order.
A refund for the price of the merchandise will be made if merchandise is returned to us. No refunds will be made if merchandise has been cut or if the backing has been peeled from the film or if the merchandise is in less-than-perfect condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. When you return a item, please be sure it is in new condition, securely packaged, and include the original packing slip or copy of invoice.
Our Shipping Policy
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are sent via a door-to-door courier service. Please make sure that there is someone to receive your order at your nominated address between Mondays to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box and will need a physical address for all shipping within South Africa.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Johannesburg. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days from date of payment received, unless otherwise notified. If you are based in South Africa, orders will take 2-7 working days to arrive from date of payment.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over R2000.00 are shipped for free!
Orders under R2000.00 are shipped at a calculated rate depending on shipping address.
What happens if there is nobody to receive my order when the Courier delivers to me?
The Courier will make an attempt to call you and arrange a date and time that is suitable for you to receive your delivery. After a second delivery attempt the Courier will return your order to our warehouse.
We cannot be held responsible for a lost parcel if you entered the incorrect shipping information. If however, you’ve already completed your purchase and you’ve realised that the shipping information is incorrect, simply contact us with your relevant purchase reference number and correct shipping information.
We also cannot be held responsible if your parcel goes missing once we hand it over to the courier serves. Should you suspect that your parcel has gone missing before we do, please contact us as soon as possible.
